Shipping Policy

We will organize for shipment of the goods to you. We would try to deliver the goods in the mentioned period. However, we understand that there could be a situation where we would be incapable to meet up our time frame. Shipping schedules are estimated only and cannot be certain. We are not legally responsible for any hindrance in the delivery. The threat of loss and reimbursement pass on to you upon the product deliverance to you. In case overturn delivery cannot be arranged by us due to the unavailability of our logistics partner, then you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services. www.josefmarc.in takes no assurance of delivery time in instances such as strikes, bandhs, riots among others.

DELIVERY TIME

The shipment of your order will start after 24 hours of the order placement. All our deliveries are made within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) from dispatch date.

PAYMENT POLICY

The following payment options are available: Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, Payment via Cheque and on credit after mutual understanding and approvals.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If the customer places a product replacement request or he/she returns it to us directly, due to quality or damage related issues, we will review the complaint within 5 to 7 working
