This easy Eggless Chocolate cake recipe makes a perfectly moist and flavorful Chocolaty cake every time you bake.
INGREDIENTS
- 180g of T45 Cake Flour
- 75g of cocoa powder
- 3g of Baking Soda
- 4g of Baking Powder
- 180ml of Vegetable Oil
- 300g of Caster Sugar
- 285g of Greek Yogurts ( or curd hung over night )
- 2.5ml of Vanilla Extract
- 120ml of milk + 5ml of white vinegar, mixed and rest for 5minutes
BAKING METHOD
PREHEAT the oven to180°C. Line a 9" baking pan with parchment paper.
WHISK cocoa, flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder into a bowl
IN a large bowl, beat together oil and sugar until the mixture is pale and light add yogurt and mix well.
BEAT in vanilla using a mixer at low.
ADD the flour mixture to the wet ingredients alternating with milk, starting and ending with flour mixture. Mix only until well combined. Don't over mix.
POUR the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
