As the name suggests, this bread is sprinkled with a generous dose of sunflower seeds and tastes slightly, making it a good healthy breakfast option. Try it with cream cheese and fruit jam.

Bake: 45-50 mins. + cooling
INGREDIENTS
BAKING METHOD
MIX the bread mix, water & dry yeast together to form a consistent paste.
KNEAD well for 8-10 mins or until a well-developed pasty dough is formed.
COVER loosely with a damp cloth and allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
KNEAD Once again for 5 mins and rest again for 20 minutes.
FILL the greased mould with dough and flatten the top with wet fingers.
DECORATE the top with sunflower seeds (optional) and cover it.
LEAVE it in a warm place for approximately 40 minutes.
REMOVE the cover and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40-50 minutes.
