This easy Eggless Redvelvet Cake recipe makes a perfectly moist and flavorful cake every time you bake.
INGREDIENTS
- 180g of T45 Cake Flour
- 15g of Cocoa Powder
- 200g of Castor Sugar
- 120ml of Vegetable oil
- 72g of yogurts
- 100ml of Lemon Juice
- 20-25ml of Artificial Flavouring Agents
BAKING METHOD
PREHEAT the oven to 180°C and line a 9’ round cake pan with parchment paper.
IN a mixing bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, In a separate, combine sugar and oil. Beat well
ADD yogurts vanilla red color and lemon juice and mix until everything is well mix
ADD dry ingredients to wet ingredients in three batches, alternating with buttermilk.
MIX well with a wired whisk. Beat only until everything is well combined
POUR the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30- 40 mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Your eggless red velvet cake is ready!
